Powwow has been working with this Global Management Consultancy since 1998.
What.
Organise and manage a 5-day Leadership and Learning Symposium for over 1,200 delegates, plus the coordination of more than 650 facilitators, speakers, suppliers and staff. Annually, since 2006, we have created a ‘back to university’ style learning experience at a major UK university to support employee retention and assist employees in developing their leadership skills to Partner level.
How.
Senior level employees attend from over 80 worldwide locations. The event is part of their personal development and gives them the opportunity to network and share knowledge with peers from across the globe.
We work with more than 18 of the university’s colleges and venues and many of the city’s major landmark buildings and roll out a week-long business programme including a plenary session for 1,200 delegates and over 60 breakout groups.
Alongside the business agenda, there is an exciting evening social programme culminating in a summer outdoor festival.
