With the completion of their fifth plant, enfinium planned a launch event to bring together national and regional stakeholders. The event aimed to showcase the successful delivery of the facility while positioning enfinium as a creator of bespoke plants that leave a lasting legacy for the future.
Who.
enfinium are one of the UK’s leading energy from waste operators, supporting our country’s journey to a Net Zero economy. They do this by operating and developing six decarbonisation hubs around the UK, using waste that would otherwise go to landfill to generate homegrown energy.
What.
How.
When approached by enfinium, Powwow conducted a site visit and quickly identified the need for an outdoor structure to accommodate an event of this scale. Taking on full end-to-end project management, Powwow oversaw every aspect of delivery, including AV and production, catering, transport, branding and print, giveaways, health and safety, and the construction of the temporary structure.
Beyond logistics, Powwow also developed and managed a delegate registration platform, handled all event communications via a dedicated inbox. Due to the location of the site, shuttles were required for delegates travelling by train, therefore careful consideration was taken to gather delegates travel plans to coordinate their onsite experience.
Onsite, the Powwow team delivered all aspects managed pre-event, including overseeing a 4 day set up and installation of the marquee. The event day ran seamlessly, achieving high attendance and concluding in a successful guided tour of the site. Delegates were fully briefed on safety requirements, provided with PPE kits, and accompanied on tours led by the enfinium team.
