Britvic.

Leadership Conference held at The Grove, Hertfordshire, UK

Challenge.

To work seamlessly with an internal team, adding value to its agenda in a short timescale.

Agenda development. Project management. Technical Production. Live delivery.

Who.

Soft drinks company, Britvic, held a global leadership forum to launch the company’s five-year strategy.  Changes in the senior leadership team plus a two-year gap since the last meeting meant it was crucial this session hit the right note.

What.

The event, held at the Grove Hotel in Hertfordshire, needed to have a clear focus on people, performance and planet, embodying the company’s new vision and values.

How.

Powwow was brought on board at a late stage to support the internal project team. The two-day agenda was already set - our brief was to strengthen its production and visuals, and enhance the guest experience. Britvic was keen we worked in a seamless way, as if we were part of the organisation.

It was a tough challenge – we only had a two-week window to get the work completed. In addition, hotel arrangements meant we had to design production to accommodate a quick turnaround of the meeting room that was being used.

The event was highly interactive and included engaging content sessions. The meeting space was chosen because it was filled with natural daylight and had a view of the gardens, creating an inspiring environment.

Visuals comprised simple, clean branding, and a floral theme to give guests the feeling of nature being brought indoors.

Interactive content included feedback via Catchbox, word clouds, guests making their own short videos, creation of a photowall, and role play.

“Thanks again for all your help last week, the event was a real success and this was made possible by you and your team.”

— SARAH MUNDAY, EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER
