Who.
Powwow have been working with First Sentier Investors (FSI, formally First State Investments) since 2017. First Sentier Investors is a global asset management group focused on responsible investments.
What.
Powwow were appointed by the FSI European Infrastructure team to support with the delivery of their Annual Investor Meeting in Amsterdam in 2020. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic this event has been delayed until 2022.
The European Infrastructure team wanted to create an opportunity to connect with their investors during this time on the key topic of ESG, but wanted the event to feel different from other virtual events.
How.
Powwow sourced a studio in Westminster to bring the speakers together and host a live broadcast. Four speakers were brought together from the Infrastructure Investments team, under COVID-19 safety guidelines.
Powwow created and managed a virtual platform for investors to log into and watch the live broadcast and worked with the First Sentier Investors marketing team on the branding and creative assets. The virtual platform allowed the investors to watch the live stream whilst also engaging with the event and speakers via live polling and Q&A.
The Powwow team produced the event, supported the speakers both on the best practices for hosting and presenting in a studio environment and ensured the smooth running of the event.
