Who.
Our client, an international trust and corporate management company, were looking for a European destination to hold their OpCo Summit for 2022. The committee being situated around the world, an accessible destination was key.
What.
A two day offsite to bring the operating committee together, providing business updates and workshops whilst also celebrating the delegates hard work, surprising and delighting with enjoyable activities and tasty local cuisine!
How.
Settling on the recently renovated Sofia Barcelona as the location for the Summit, an agenda was put together that focused on engaging and interactive content, whilst making the most of the Spanish destination. Activities included a private tour of Camp Nou, situated just behind the hotel, along with a sailing trip around the Barcelona Harbour. Dining experiences included an authentic evening at a traditional Catalonian restaurant and an evening at one of the best seafood restaurants in Barcelona overlooking the harbour. Rugby fans in the group also got a nice surprise when the guest speaker was revealed, with Sean Fitzpatrick giving a moving talk on resilience, leadership and performance.
