Who.
First Sentier are a Global Fund Manager who work across Asia, Australia, Europe and North America. This was our first chance to work with First Sentier again since Covid-19, it was a pleasure to work with the marketing and events team again.
What.
The FSSA Forum is a half-day event welcoming FSSA Investment Managers clients to the Pan Pacific in London. Running as one cabaret style plenary session, it was a lively discussion on Asia and the Emerging Markets, their importance to the global economy and where we see the best opportunities for investment. The event finished with a buffet lunch and networking.
How.
Powwow worked with First Sentier to initially source a venue that worked for the event. Once the Pan Pacific was chosen we were the main point of contact for the venue, went on site visits, designed floorplans, negotiated menus & set up times and finalised all the details for the event.
We helped with the full production management of this event, this included AV supplier discussions about the requirements for the event and how to make the best out of the built in screens, reviewing AV quotes, minimising costs where possible, onsite production and speaker management.
We helped the client to ensure the event had a sustainable focus and considered the environmental impact. We managed suppliers for this event such as badges, working with a fantastic supplier to provide seed paper badges.
Onsite with us we had a photographer and a videography team working on footage for post-event promotion videos and session recordings.
